As twin sisters, Joj and Jai have always been each other’s companion in navigating the intricacies of life. This is further solidified when they participated in the fourth season of Pinoy Big Brother: Teen Edition.
“Our journey in the entertainment industry has been both challenging and rewarding, teaching us valuable lessons and allowing us to grow personally and professionally,” Jai shared, reflecting on their 10 year-long career.
Adding to this, the two iterated how their sisterly bond served as a source of strength in each of their endeavors. “Iba yung bond namin as twins—you can’t compare it. We always take the time to listen to each other’s dreams and challenges, celebrating every success and offering comfort during tough times,” Joj stated.
Meanwhile, Jai highlighted how much she and her twin complement each other. “We like to work out and enjoy the same activities, which is a bonus for us as sisters. We encourage and help each other to be better, motivating each other in a positive way.”
“Our shared interests in wellness and fitness have brought us even closer,” she adds. Eventually, this shared passion bloomed into the next big adventure for the two.
The Road to Wellness
From reality television, acting, and content creation, Joj and Jai quickly found themselves venturing into fitness and wellness, an interest born out of their personal experiences.
“Our journey in the entertainment industry showed us how crucial a healthy lifestyle is. We saw how wellness boosts our productivity and happiness. This inspired us to make it a priority,” Joj stated.
Meanwhile, Jai’s past health scares pushed her to prioritize both her mental and physical health. “I had a coma scare back in 2020, and after that, my life changed. This experience inspired us to prioritize wellness in our lives, and we incorporate it into our daily routines.”

“Balancing our busy schedules with self-care and mental health takes some effort, but we make it work. We start each day with gratitude, which helps set a positive tone.
