Tinga’s impressive academic background lays a strong foundation for her editorial leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University College London, where she cultivated a global perspective and interdisciplinary skills that shape her editorial approach. This blend of international experience and local insight allows her to seamlessly blend tradition with forward-thinking innovation.

Tinga’s appointment is also defined by her ability to connect with audiences and inspire change. From her early days as a columnist and editor for Manila Bulletin Lifestyle’s Youth Section, where she captured the voices of a new generation, to her corporate communications experience at a major conglomerate, she has consistently pushed boundaries. Her role as an educator at MINT College further exemplifies her commitment to storytelling and mentorship.

Notably, Tinga was also part of the Ramon Magsaysay Awards Foundation’s inaugural NextGen Leadership Program, where she collaborated with emerging leaders and changemakers from across Southeast Asia. This experience allowed her to deepen her understanding of impactful leadership.
