Step 1: Access the SM Raffle Hub web portal
a. If accessed via URL: select campaign and participating mall where
purchase was made (strictly for SM Megamall only), then register
for an account.
b. If accessed via QR code: directly proceeds to registration/login page
Step 2: Create an account
a. Enter your personal info: full name, mobile number, email address,
gender, date of birth and complete address
b. Nominate a passcode
c. Tick the Consent, T&C and Privacy Notice boxes then click the
Register button
d. An OTP code will be sent to your registered number for verification
Step 3: Submit raffle entry
a. Select from the merchant category: SM Supermalls or SM Cinema
b. Enter date of purchase
c. Select name of store
d. Enter the last 5 digits of the OR number
e. Enter total amount of receipt
f. Tick the Consent, T&C, and privacy notice boxes
g. Upload a clear copy of receipt then click SUBMIT
